Using the site

You may read the site, look through the work, and contact us about a project. To hire us, you need to be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian agree on your behalf.

The form, email, phone and WhatsApp are there for genuine enquiries. You may not interfere with the site, try to reach an area you were not given access to, overload it, copy it in bulk in a way that disrupts the service, or send unlawful, misleading or harmful material through it.

Project work

A page, a price, or a conversation on this site is not a promise to start or finish a project. Service descriptions and care-plan prices explain how we usually work. A discovery call is a conversation about the brief. It is not a paid engagement unless a proposal says so.

Scope, fee and schedule are agreed in writing before work begins. You provide the content, logins and other materials the work needs, and you provide them in time for the schedule we agreed.

Each proposal includes two rounds of revisions, unless it says otherwise. Further changes can be quoted separately.

If a project has no agreed activity for 14 days, we may pause it. If it stays paused, starting again can need a new date or a new proposal. Time already spent stays covered by the amount already paid.

Payment

Work starts after the deposit in the proposal is paid. The proposal states the amount. The remaining balance is due before final delivery or launch.

If a payment is late, work can pause until it arrives. A refund, where one applies, follows the proposal and the work already completed.

After launch

The proposal sets a short period after launch for fixes to work that was in scope. Ongoing updates, security and later improvements are a care plan, agreed separately.

Ownership

The design, writing and code of this website belong to Jadesdev Technologies. You may link to a page. You may not copy the site, or a substantial part of it, and present it as your own.

On a client project, ownership of code, design and accounts follows the proposal. Until that proposal transfers them, work in progress remains ours. Files, logins and content you give us stay yours. By sharing them, you confirm you have the right to let us use them for the work.

Confidentiality

Both sides keep private the business information shared for a project, and use it only to do that work. This does not cover information that is already public, or that the law requires either side to disclose.

Portfolio and other sites

We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us, in writing, not to. The live product belongs to the client who commissioned it, unless the proposal says otherwise. Names and marks used in that work remain the property of their owners.

Some links leave this site, including hosting, domains and payment services. Those services set their own terms. We are not responsible for their content, their security, or whether they stay online.

Delays

A delay caused by something outside either side's control, such as an outage, a hosting failure or government action, is not a breach. The schedule moves by the length of that delay.

Liability

We keep the site as accurate as we reasonably can. What you read here is general information about the company. It is not legal, financial or technical advice for your business, and a case study is not a promise that another project will turn out the same way.

To the extent Nigerian law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss from using this website, or for faults that come from third-party hosting, domains, plugins or payment services. For a paid project, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for that project. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If a question cannot be settled by writing to us, the courts of Nigeria can hear it.
